Raj Sippy, who has been known
for his action masala films from the 80s and the 90s has
been in news for ‘Jimmy’ which is touted to be Mimoh’s debut
film. But before
‘Jimmy’ arrives, Raj Sippy has also wrapped up a small film
titled ‘Khujli’ that stars Rajpal Yadav in the lead along
with Vrajesh Hirjee, Shakti Kapoor and Loveleena. The film
comes with an interesting tagline of ‘Sab Ko Hai’.
Rajpal Yadav received a lot
of acclaim for his lead actor portrayal in ‘Main, Meri Patni
Aur Woh’ but his fans were disappointed to watch him in a
cheesy ‘Ladies Tailor’ which sank without a trace. In
comparison his hardcore comic acts in ‘Chup Chup Ke’ and
‘Phir Hera Pheri’ saw him in his usual best while upcoming
‘Apna Sapna Money Money’ sounds promising too as he gets
into Amitabh Bachchan’s garb a la ‘Sarkar’! |
